What people ask before booking.

Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is ideal, and standing schedules can be set up weeks out. Same-day rides are often possible, so call and ask, especially for discharges.

We work with several Minnesota health plans and waiver programmes, and we also take private pay. Call with your plan name or member ID and we will check your coverage before you book.

Yes. One companion or caregiver rides free on any trip. Let us know when you book so we reserve the seat.

Always. Every trip is door through door: we meet you at your door, assist to the vehicle, and walk you in to the check-in desk at the other end.

No. We provide non-emergency transportation only. If there is a medical emergency, call 911. We cannot transport anyone who needs emergency care or medical monitoring while travelling.
