Questions

Frequently asked

We ask for 24 hours’ notice for standard bookings, which lets us assign the right vehicle and build in buffer time. Same-day and discharge requests are often possible — call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it.

Timely Mobility is set up for private pay and direct facility billing. If your plan reimburses non-emergency medical transportation, we provide itemised trip receipts you can submit. Call us before your first ride and we will walk through the options.

Yes. One companion or caregiver rides free on every trip. Let us know when booking so we can allocate the seat, particularly on wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

For wait-and-return trips the driver stays with you. For scheduled return pickups, call the dispatch line when you are ready and we will adjust — we would rather move the schedule than leave you in a waiting room.

Yes to all three. Tell us at booking so the driver arrives with the right securement and enough space. Our drivers are trained to handle portable oxygen and mobility equipment safely.

We serve Minneapolis–St. Paul, Minnesota and the surrounding suburbs. Longer trips outside the metro can be arranged in advance — call us with the destination and we will quote it.

No. Timely Mobility is non-emergency transportation only. We do not provide emergency medical care or respond to emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
