Transportation that treats the ride as part of the care.
We are a Twin Cities non-emergency medical transportation company. Our job starts at your front door and ends when you are safely back inside it.
It began with a waiting room.
Timely Mobility started the way most of these companies should: watching someone we loved sit in a lobby with a coat on, waiting for a ride that had been promised an hour earlier. The appointment was rescheduled. The treatment slipped a week. Nobody called.
Medical transportation is not a taxi run. The passenger may be weak, in pain, recovering from anesthesia, or headed to a treatment that runs on a fixed clock. When the ride fails, the care fails with it.
So we built the company around the clock on our logo. Always on time is the product.
Today we run ambulatory and wheelchair-accessible vehicles across the Twin Cities metro for dialysis centers, clinics, hospitals, group homes and families managing care for someone they love.
Get every rider there early, and get them home with dignity.
Dignity is specific. It means a clean vehicle, a driver who learns your name, a hand offered before it is needed, and a schedule that respects that your day did not start when we pulled up.
Punctuality is a system
Routes are planned with traffic, weather and loading time built in. We would rather be parked outside early than explaining ourselves later.
Care, not cargo
Every driver is trained to assist, not just to drive. Securement, transfers, mobility aids and patience are part of the job description.
