Ambulatory
Clinic and specialist visits
The everyday ride: home to the clinic and back, with the driver walking you to the check-in desk and returning when you are done.
Pharmacy and lab stops
Short errands that are still medical: prescription pickups, blood draws, imaging. Add one to an appointment trip for a small stop fee.
Long-distance and out of metro
Rochester, Duluth, St. Cloud and beyond for specialist care that is not available locally. Quoted as a full trip, driver stays for the return.
Wheelchair
Lift-equipped wheelchair van
For riders who stay in their chair. Driver operates the lift, secures the chair, and belts the rider in. No transfers required.
Ramp van for transport chairs
A gentler, quieter option for lighter chairs and riders who find lifts unsettling. Oxygen tanks are secured and travel with the rider.
Recurring care
Dialysis standing schedule
A locked weekly route built around your chair time, including the ride home when you are wiped out and the last thing you want is to wait.
Infusion and therapy runs
Chemotherapy, infusion, physical and occupational therapy. Longer appointments get a scheduled return rather than a metered wait.
Facilities
Hospital discharge transport
Coordinated with your discharge team so the bed clears on schedule. We confirm directly with the floor and bill the facility.
Assisted living and SNF partnerships
A standing transportation partner for your residents, with one point of contact for scheduling and one clean invoice at month end.
